Online Entry Guidelines
All entries must be completed online. There are a couple exceptions due to large materials in certain categories. Read the category descriptions to determine if you need to mail a piece of your entry. You will follow these steps to upload your entry:
STEP 1: Review Your Entrant Form
Create a user profile. You will only have to do this once and all your information will prefill for each of your entries. Multiple people from the same organization may create a profile HOWEVER, only the actual member will receive the member rate. See the Rules & Regulations for more details.
STEP 2: Add Entry.
Create an entry by clicking on the Add Entry button. Fill out the entire entry form once for each entry.
Create each entry individually. Walk through the steps for each entry you are submitting before moving on to Step 3.
Insert your 50 word summary of your entry. This is what will be read in the script should your entry win.
Insert a budget line. Budgets are required. If a budget is not listed then your entry can not be finalized and you will not be entered into the competition. Pro Bono or $0 is allowed.
List your team members/additional credits. You will receive up to additional six certificates per entry on top of the mounted certificate that lists your company/organization. Please list all your team members, vendors, departments that participated in the project.
Upload your supporting materials. Supporting materials MUST accompany your entry. Supporting materials are how the judges review your entry. Please provide a caption in the space provided for each upload and upload the items in the following order.
-Challenge Statement (must be a Word or PDF document)
-Supporting materials (up to six files may be uploaded to support your entry.)
-Graphical representation of your entry (if your entry wins what do you want to see on the screen to represent your entry? May be a photo, a graphic, an ad or a logo)
2012 Update: If you have a large file (i.e. video, radio, AV, etc.) you may upload a word document with a live link to the file on your website or YouTube, rather than uploading the file. You may also provide links to your website, your electronic marketing or anything on your website. Please provide LIVE links.
Step 3: View/Edit Existing Entry
This is where you can go back into your existing entries and print your entry form. Draft entries may be updated at any time and will not be viewed by judges until they are finalized.

Complete this step only after your submitted all your entries. You may pay by credit card online or to pay with a check, click on PAY OFFLINE. Then simply print out the "invoice" or list of entries and mail it with your payment. WE DO NOT INVOICE YOU.

You MUST send TWO copies of the item if you have something that needs to be sent. The remainder of the entry must be finalized online and the oversized item must arrive in the NESHCo office within one week of the entry submission.

YOU MUST PRINT an entry label and an entry form from the system and attach them to your items before shipping. Only items sent for specifically marked categories will be accepted.
ENTRY COMPLETION
You must finalize your entry before it is considered accepted. Follow the step-by-step guidelines carefully and be sure to SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY FOR JUDGING by the deadline. Entries that are not submitted for judging are not accepted. In addition, any entry that is not submitted for judging on time may result in a charge for late fees.
