Challenge Statement – The story behind your entry.

• Challenge Statements are limited to two 8 ½ x 11 inch typed, double-spaced pages, unless noted differently under actual category, and must include:

Situation Analysis/ Statement of Objectives : Brief description of the entry, including its purpose and intended audience. Analyze the factors in the marketplace or the organization to identify the problem(s) and/or opportunity(ies) State the objectives and the target audiences for the project.

Strategy/Methodology : Brief description of the techniques, tools and other resources used to achieve the objectives.

Execution (Graphic Design and Copy): Brief account of how the graphic design approach and/or the copy or message packaging enhanced the impact and appeal of the project.

Results/Evaluation : Brief description of how the objectives were achieved and measured. Qualitative and/or anecdotal evidence should be included.
