Click here to register now. All registrations must be completed online. Payment must be made by check or credit card at the time of reservation. Sorry, but we cannot bill your institution. Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail.

Conference Fees
NESHCo members:
Earlybird discount (register by September 1) $359
Regular member: $399

Non Members:
Earlybird discount (register by September 1): $409
Regular non member: $459

Guest fee for receptions, special events and meals: $80 per guest
*Guest fee only available with full conference attendee.

Conference attendee registration fee covers the costs of speakers, conference materials, open bars, meals, special events, conference breaks and related expenses. The conference fee does not include guests for any events or meals. Guests must pay the special fee to attend meals and special events. There will be no "on your own" meal event this year--everything is covered under one low price!

Hotel Fee
Your hotel fee covers the cost of your room. You must make reservations directly with the hotel. NESHCo is not liable for participants’ hotel reservations. Book your hotel separately by September 15 to guarantee the conference rate!

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be made for registration cancellations after October 1, 2008.
